My Story
Why I Do What I Do....
I've been asked, why is it I do what I do? What do I know about my clients' pain, wounding, trauma, etc? Who am I to think I can heal anybody?
Truth be told, I don't actually 'heal' anybody. I help my clients remove the blocks and resistance and old habits that keep them from recognizing and expressing their inherent divine nature, the true Self that is only and wholly healed, always and all ways. I help their bodies, minds, and hearts remember their innate wholeness.
And it's true that I cannot know another's pain. Each person's path - their trials and their tribulations - is their own. I haven't walked in their shoes, I can't know their life. I wouldn't presume to tell them how they should feel or what they need to do.

However, I have experienced enough in my life to have compassion for my client's journey. My own life-and-soul healing process has opened many doors to healing techniques that allow me to offer my clients suggestions, advice, insight, intuition, and tools.
Part of my process has been to find the positive and focus on gratitude. But just to give you an idea of the traumas I've experienced, what I've not just survived but have risen above include:
-
Childhood sexual abuse
-
Alcoholic parent
-
Attempted suicide
-
Bullying
-
Homelessness
-
Rape
-
Near death & resuscitation of my child
-
Domestic violence
-
Depression and anxiety
-
Self-mutilation
-
Miscarriage
-
Death of a parent (who was also my best friend)
-
Obesity
-
Substance abuse & addiction
-
Low self esteem
-
Chronic physical pain
Because I know that energy flows where attention goes, I don't dwell on my past. But I am aware of how my past has informed my present, and I've learned to be grateful for the hidden gifts in all my previous 'opportunities for growth,' the silver linings of all those dark clouds. And it's my life goal and soul purpose to help my clients find their own unique path to wholeness, joy, abundance, peace, and freedom.
